i loved being able to stroll just a few steps to Ceviche Square and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The beautiful Casa de Cultura Cancun was a pleasant walk away, enriching my exploration of the city's local culture.

The host family was welcoming and attentive.

Finding the entrance was a nightmare. it took over 40 minutes. The lack of clear signage made it frustrating to get in, and calling their number for assistance was unhelpful. Also, the air-conditioning was set too cold at 21 °C, making it uncomfortable against the 38 °C outside temperatures.

The cozy atmosphere and friendly hosts made our stay truly enjoyable. We particularly appreciated the variety in the breakfast dishes and the tranquil garden pool area that provided a perfect escape.

Staying at The Quetzal was a delight! The atmosphere felt so personal, and Monica, the owner, was incredibly helpful. The delicious breakfast and beautiful garden surrounding the pool made for a perfect start to the day. Our room was spacious with lovely garden views, making our stay all the more relaxing.

The narrow spiral staircase to the rooms was a bit tricky.

Staying in the Suite with Terrace was nice! Super spacious with a huge bed that's like sleeping on a cloud. Lots of natural light, so it felt really fresh. The air conditioning was comfy and saved us from the heat. Just a tiny thing—the decor was a bit quirky, but it didn't bug us much. Overall, a great room to kick back in!

Loved our suite with the terrace! Super spacious, which was great since we had heavy luggage. The huge bed was a dream, and it had this nice vibe with plenty of natural light. Super comfy air conditioning too. The only thing was that the decor felt a bit quirky for my taste, but it didn’t bother us too much.
